Why are we refreshing our website?
Not only was it time for us to update the look, but also the function of our website. Technology changes quickly, so it made sense for us to bring you a completely redesigned website, pairing an enhanced experience with improved performance.
Is the URL changing?
No changes there! You’ll still find us at CommunityChoice.com.
When does the new website arrive?
Within the next couple of weeks, you’ll see a shiny new CommunityChoice.com. Take note: the change won’t happen on every website browser at the same time. If your laptop is showing the website you’re used to and your tablet is showing a new design, that is completely normal. After about 48 hours they should all match up.
Can I still access e-Banking the same way?
Our e-Banking functionality is staying the same. On the new website, you’ll simply click “Log in” in the top right corner and continue like you always have. No need to change your username or password.
Is the mobile app changing?
No changes here, either! You’ll continue using the same mobile app to access your accounts on your device. Log in with the same username and password.
