Quick and Easy Access to Your Debit & Credit Card
While your physical card makes its way to you, enjoy easy access to a digital version of your Community Choice debit or credit Mastercard®. Plus, you can easily add it to your digital wallet for quick and convenient access in the meantime!
Access to your digital card when you need it
Whether it’s a new card, or a replacement card that was lost or stolen, your card is issued instantly, and you will have access to it within one business day in e-Banking. Once the new card is available, you’ll be able to view it right away and add your card directly to your digital wallet with the “Add to Wallet” feature!
When your new card is ready, it will appear as a digital card, and you’ll receive a friendly reminder that it’s valid for 60 days. Don’t forget to activate your physical card as soon as you receive it, so you can enjoy full functionality.
Your digital card will have the same number as your physical card, but the expiration date and CVV will be different, and those you will need to update after activating the new physical card. Don’t worry, it’s super simple and easy to do! A friendly reminder will pop up, guiding you to set your PIN.
To view your card information, which is securely saved in your wallet, select your card and hit “View Card Info.” You’ll get a Secure Access Code sent to your registered phone number via voice or text. Just enter the code, and you’re all set to see your full card number, expiration date, and CVV!
How Does this Work?
The “Add to Wallet” option allows you to seamlessly add your digital card from our mobile banking app directly into your digital wallet on your phone.
To add your card to your digital wallet simply select the card you want and choose “Add to Wallet.”
For Apple Devices:
Your card will automatically push to Apple Wallet. Just open Apple Wallet and follow the steps to add your card.
For Android Devices:
Your card will push to Google Wallet. You’ll see a quick warning to make sure link permissions are enabled. Then, open the app and follow the prompts to add your card.
Authentication:
You might need to authenticate through a text or phone call, whether you’re using Apple or Android.
