Community Choice was recently announced as a recipient of two 2024 Best of the Best Awards by MemberXP, a leading customer experience program offered through CU Solutions Group. We were named #1 for Best Member Care Experience and were listed among the 25 percent of all institutions for Best Mobile App Experience.
What was particularly gratifying about these Best of the Best Awards is that the awards were based on the responses of roughly 300,000 credit union members across the U.S. and Canada through an online panel. The awards acknowledge credit unions that consistently excel in delivering exceptional service.

To us, providing a high level of member experience means addressing access and convenience for all members. While we often talk about our 24 member centers across Michigan and the experience and knowledge our team members have at each location, we also continue to invest in e-Banking features and our Member Contact Center to ensure the prevalence of access and convenience for all.
We’re also committed to member experience in other ways, such as offering service payment options using our interactive voice response (IVR) technology, and easy-to-use mobile app and e-Banking features like Targets, where you can create a savings plan for one or more specific needs like a future vacation or home project.
