Not only will you have fast, secure access to your money, but you’ll also lower your risk of ID theft and mail fraud. Plus, you’ll have a suite of digital tools that make managing your money simple with e-Banking.
How can I set up direct deposit?
Setting up direct deposit with your employer
Provide your employer or paying agency with your Community Choice MICR number and our routing number (272079021).
Switching your direct deposit from another bank or credit union
Switch your direct deposit from another financial institution in e-Banking by following these steps:
- Log in to e-Banking
- Select Menu
- Select Services
- Select Clickswitch. Here is where the magic happens! Follow the prompts to complete your setup.
Where can I find my MICR number?
You can find your MICR number right in e-Banking! Follow these easy steps:
- Log in to e-Banking
- Find the account you’d like to set up direct deposit for – savings or checking, for example.
- Click that account tile
- Choose the Details & Settings tab at the top, and you can find your MICR number for that account at the bottom of the screen.

Yes! Visit the Go Direct website at www.godirect.gov to sign up for direct deposit for your Social Security or other federal benefit payment.
Can I get a notification when my direct deposit is available in my account?
Yes! You can set up alerts right in e-Banking.
What is a MICR number?
Your MICR number, also referred to as an ACH account number, is a unique 14-digit number assigned to a specific account. You can find your MICR account number in e-Banking or contact us for assistance.
What is Express Pay?
Once you set up direct deposit to your Community Choice account, you don’t need to do anything else to get paid early! Direct deposit availability depends on when Community Choice receives pay information from the payer. If your deposit doesn’t arrive early, expect it to arrive on your scheduled payday.
*Express Pay for direct deposit is available for all Community Choice members that set up a direct deposit with their employer or paying agency. Early direct deposit eligibility may vary between pay periods and timing of paying agency’s funding
